Movance is a Saudi platform for organizing exercise programs. It helps users follow their program and lets clinics organize programs and track adherence between sessions.
How Movance began
It started with a small observation: a user leaves their session with a paper sheet of exercises or a few photos, and within a couple of days the confusion creeps in — how many reps? do I do it every day? how do I measure progress?
On the other side, clinics try to follow dozens of clients between sessions with tools that were never built for it — scattered WhatsApp messages, Excel files, personal reminders.
Movance was born to close that gap: one digital home that organizes the program, displays the exercises clearly, and lets the clinician see adherence and progress before every session — without ever replacing the specialist's assessment.
