Terms of Use

Terms of Use & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of PhysioAI Pro (the "Platform"), operated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and are subject to the applicable laws of the Kingdom.

1

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any clause, please discontinue use of the service.

2

Service Description

PhysioAI Pro is a Saudi digital platform for following up on guided exercise programs, offering tools to build programs, track exercises, log progress, and generate reports, plus an AI assistant for guidance. The Platform is not a physiotherapy clinic or a licensed healthcare provider; it does not provide clinical diagnosis or treatment and does not replace visiting a physician or licensed practitioner. The service is supportive and educational only.

3

Medical Disclaimer

Content, exercises, and recommendations on the Platform are for support and follow-up only — not a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for a clinic visit. Consult a physician or licensed practitioner before starting any program, especially with severe pain, recent injuries, post-surgery, chronic illness, or pregnancy. The Platform bears no liability for use without consulting a licensed professional.

4

Eligibility

Users must be 18 years of age or older. If a minor under 18 needs the service for rehabilitation purposes, it must be done through a guardian or licensed therapist account and under their responsibility. For clinics and healthcare centers, the user must be legally authorized to represent the entity.

5

Account & Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials confidential and unshared; any activity on your account is deemed yours. The Platform may suspend or restrict access upon detecting misuse, misleading information, or activity that threatens platform security.

6

Subscriptions, Payment & Plan Changes

Free and paid plans are available, with prices and features shown clearly before subscription; displayed prices are final and inclusive of any applicable fees. Payments are processed through secure, trusted payment providers, and the Platform does not store card details. The Platform reserves the right to add plans or modify their prices, features, and limits, or to retire or merge them at its discretion, notifying existing subscribers of any material price change at least 30 days in advance; they retain the right to cancel if they do not accept the change.

7

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of the remaining paid period, with no refund due for the unused period.

8

Intellectual Property

All Platform rights, content, design, trademarks, and code belong to PhysioAI Pro or its licensors. Copying, republishing, selling, commercial use, or reverse engineering of any content without prior written permission is prohibited, and violations are punishable by law.

9

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Platform, attempt to breach it, upload unlawful content, use it for illegal purposes, or in ways that harm users, practitioners, or clinics. Specifically prohibited: posting misleading medical information, impersonating a practitioner, collecting others’ data without consent, or unauthorized commercial use.

10

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is," with reasonable care taken in its provision and security. The Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages arising from use or inability to use the service, except as required by applicable law.

11

Modification of Terms

The Platform may amend these Terms to reflect new developments; continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance. We notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notice a reasonable period before they take effect.

12

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute, with amicable resolution encouraged before litigation.
